A delicious recipe for Southern Ginger, with dry ginger ale, mint, sugar syrup and lemon juice. Also lists similar drink recipes.

🧪 Ingredients

5 oz dry ginger ale
1 mint sprig
1/2 oz sugar syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice

🥄 Method

Crush the mint gently in a highball glass. Fill with broken ice, add remaining ingredients and mix gently. Add straws, and serve.
