A delicious recipe for Eagle Cocktail, with gin, creme de violette, lemon juice, sugar and egg. Also lists similar drink recipes.

🧪 Ingredients

1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz creme de violette
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white

🥄 Method

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Strain into a wine glass, and serve.
