Gin Cup Cocktail Recipe

3 oz gin
1 tsp sugar syrup
3/4 - 1 oz lemon juice
3 mint sprigs
ice


Method

Place the mint sprigs and sugar syrup in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass. Stir about to bruise the mint slightly. Fill the glass with chopped / shaved ice. Add the lemon juice and gin and stir until a frost begins to form. Decorate with extra mint sprigs, and serve.
