Brandy Smash Drink Recipe
A delicious recipe for Brandy Smash, with mint, superfine sugar, club soda, brandy, orange and maraschino cherry. Also lists similar drink recipes.
Ingredients
4 fresh mint sprigs
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 oz club soda
2 1/2 oz brandy
1 slice orange
1 maraschino cherry
Method
In an old-fashioned glass, muddle the mint sprigs lightly with the sugar and club soda. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the brandy. Stir well and garnish with the orange slice and the cherry.
