Scotch Fix Drink Recipe
A delicious recipe for Scotch Fix, with superfine sugar, lemon juice, water, Scotch whisky, maraschino cherry and lemon. Also lists similar drink recipes.
Ingredients
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 oz lemon juice
2 tsp water
2 oz Scotch whisky
1 maraschino cherry
1 slice lemon
Method
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the sugar, lemon juice, and water. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with crushed ice. Add the Scotch. Stir well and garnish with the cherry and the lemon slice.
