Grape Flip Drink Recipe

Ingredients
10 cl cold milk
5 cl red grape juice
1 egg yolk
2 tsp raspberry syrup
Method
Shake or blend very well, serving ice cold in a burgundy glass. If you wish to garnish, use grapes.
