Green Fairy Drink Recipe

A delicious recipe for Green Fairy, with absinthe herbal liqueur, water, lemons, egg and Angostura® bitters. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients

1 oz absinthe herbal liqueur
1 oz water
juice of 1 lemons
2 tsp egg white
1 dash Angostura® bitters

Method

Shake thoroughly with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
