Morning Glory Fizz Drink Recipe
A delicious recipe for Morning Glory Fizz, with Scotch whisky, lemon juice, caster sugar, egg, Angostura® bitters and soda water. Also lists similar drink recipes.
Ingredients
2 oz Scotch whisky
1 1/3 oz lemon juice
1 tsp caster sugar
1/4 oz egg white
1 dash Angostura® bitters
4 oz soda water
Method
Add scotch, lemon juice, sugar, egg and bitters to a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a collins glass half-filled with ice. Add the soda water, and serve with a slice of orange and a muddler.
