Northside Special Drink Recipe
A delicious recipe for Northside Special, with Jamaican dark rum, orange juice, lemon juice, caster sugar and soda water. Also lists similar drink recipes.
Ingredients
2 oz Jamaican dark rum
3 oz orange juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 tsp caster sugar
2 oz soda water
Method
Add all ingredients (except soda) to a collins glass. Dissolve sugar, filled with crushed ice, and add soda. Garnish with a cherry, slices of lemon and orange, and serve with straws.
