South Coast Cocktail Drink Recipe
A delicious recipe for South Coast Cocktail, with Scotch whisky, Curacao orange liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and soda water. Also lists similar drink recipes.
Ingredients
1 1/4 oz Scotch whisky
1/4 oz Curacao orange liqueur
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp simple syrup
1 1/4 oz soda water
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
