Apricot Fizz Drink Recipe
A delicious recipe for Apricot Fizz, with apricot brandy, lemon juice, superfine sugar and club soda. Also lists similar drink recipes.
Ingredients
2 1/2 oz apricot brandy
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
4 oz club soda
Method
Pour the apricot brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda, stir well, and serve.
