2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream and crystallised ginger to garnish

8 oz ginger beer
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream and crystallised ginger to garnish
1. Pour ginger beer into a large float glass.
2. Gently add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
3. Top with whipped cream and a piece of crystallised ginger.
4. Serve immediately with a long spoon and straw.
