All the warming spice of a masala chai served cold and frothy. Energising, exotic, and aromatic.
4 oz strong brewed chai tea (cooled)
2 oz milk or oat milk
1 oz simple syrup
0.25 tsp cinnamon
0.25 tsp vanilla extract
Ice
Cinnamon and foam to garnish

2 oz milk or oat milk
1 oz simple syrup
0.25 tsp cinnamon
0.25 tsp vanilla extract
Ice
Cinnamon and foam to garnish
1. Brew chai tea very strong and cool completely.
2. Combine chai, milk, simple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla in a shaker with ice.
3. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds to create foam.
4. Strain into a glass over ice.
5. Top with the foam from shaking and a dusting of cinnamon.
