8 oz whole milk or oat milk
2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
0.5 tsp cinnamon
0.25 tsp vanilla
1 small dried chili or 0.125 tsp cayenne
Whipped cream and cinnamon to garnish

2 tbsp sugar
0.5 tsp cinnamon
0.25 tsp vanilla
1 small dried chili or 0.125 tsp cayenne
Whipped cream and cinnamon to garnish
1. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Whisk in cocoa, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and chili.
3. Heat until steaming and frothy — whisk constantly.
4. Strain if using whole chili.
5. Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
