8 oz brewed green tea, cooled
1 tbsp honey
1.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Sparkling water to top
Lemon and mint to garnish

8 oz brewed green tea, cooled
1 tbsp honey
1.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Sparkling water to top
Lemon and mint to garnish
1. Brew green tea (do not use boiling water — 160°F is ideal).
2. Cool and stir in honey.
3. Add lemon juice.
4. Pour over ice.
5. Top with sparkling water and garnish.
