2 Thai tea bags (or 2 tsp Thai tea mix)
6 oz boiling water
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp evaporated milk
Ice
Star anise to garnish
The vibrant orange Thai tea with condensed milk and ice — minus any alcohol. Creamy, sweet, and exotic.
2 Thai tea bags (or 2 tsp Thai tea mix)
6 oz boiling water
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp evaporated milk
Ice
Star anise to garnish
1. Steep Thai tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes.
2. Remove bags and cool slightly.
3. Sweeten with condensed milk and stir.
4. Fill a glass with ice.
5. Pour tea over ice.
6. Float evaporated milk on top — do not stir immediately.
7. Garnish with star anise.
