2 whole lemons, quartered (rind on)
2 cups water
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp orange blossom water
6 fresh mint leaves
1 cup ice

2 cups water
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp orange blossom water
6 fresh mint leaves
1 cup ice
1. Place lemon quarters (skin included), water, sugar, mint, and orange blossom water in a blender.
2. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
3. Strain through a fine sieve, pressing to extract all liquid.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness.
5. Serve over ice.
