1 tsp turmeric
0.5 tsp ginger powder
0.25 tsp cinnamon
0.125 tsp black pepper (essential ā activates curcumin)
1 tbsp honey
0.25 tsp vanilla

1. Gently warm coconut milk in a pan.
2. Whisk in all spices, honey, and vanilla.
3. Heat until steaming.
4. Froth with a milk frother.
5. Pour into a mug and garnish with cinnamon.
