0.5 cup plain yogurt
2 oz milk
1 tbsp sugar
0.25 tsp cardamom

1 tbsp sugar

1. Blend mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom until smooth.
2. Pour into a chilled glass.
3. Garnish with a mango slice and crushed pistachio.
