The beloved South Asian yogurt drink in mocktail form. Cool, tangy, sweet, and deeply satisfying.

🧪 Ingredients

1 cup fresh mango chunks
0.5 cup plain yogurt
2 oz milk
1 tbsp sugar
0.25 tsp cardamom
Mango slice and pistachio to garnish

🥄 Method

1. Blend mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom until smooth.
2. Pour into a chilled glass.
3. Garnish with a mango slice and crushed pistachio.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Serve cold in a tall glass. Rose water can be added for a Mughal-style lassi.
