4 oz sparkling white grape juice (chilled)

A sophisticated non-alcoholic take on the iconic Venetian Bellini. Fresh peach puree topped with sparkling white grape juice.
2 oz fresh peach puree (or white peach nectar)
4 oz sparkling white grape juice (chilled)

Spoon fresh peach puree into the bottom of a well-chilled champagne flute. Slowly pour chilled sparkling white grape juice over the top and stir very gently. Garnish with a thin fresh peach slice on the rim.
