3/4 oz Campari
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup or falernum
pineapple wedge (garnish)

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice or into a tiki mug. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or tropical garnish.
