2 oz blanco tequila or mezcal
2 fresh jalapeรฑo slices
2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz soda water or grapefruit soda
chili salt rim
grapefruit wedge (garnish)
ice

2 oz blanco tequila or mezcal
2 fresh jalapeรฑo slices
2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
2 oz soda water or grapefruit soda
chili salt rim
grapefruit wedge (garnish)
ice
Rim a highball glass with chili salt. Muddle jalapeรฑo slices in a shaker. Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and simple syrup with ice. Shake well. Fill glass with ice and double-strain cocktail in. Top with soda water. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
