2.5 oz bourbon
10 fresh mint leaves plus a sprig for garnish
0.5 oz cannabis-infused simple syrup (5mg THC)
0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
Crushed ice
Powdered sugar for dusting

0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
Crushed ice
Powdered sugar for dusting
Lightly muddle mint leaves with infused simple syrup in a julep cup or rocks glass โ do not pulverize, just bruise. Add bourbon and lemon juice. Fill halfway with crushed ice and stir vigorously with a bar spoon for 10 seconds until the outside of the cup frosts. Top with more crushed ice mounded above the rim. Garnish with a large mint bouquet and dust the mint with powdered sugar.
