3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
5 fresh shiso leaves

Muddle shiso with syrup. Add gin, lime and ice. Shake vigorously 15 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh shiso leaf.
