1 oz passionfruit puree
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
8 mint leaves
soda water

Muddle mint with syrup. Add rum, passionfruit and lime. Fill with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with passionfruit half and mint.
