Exotic passionfruit adds a golden tropical tartness to the classic Mojito.

🧪 Ingredients

2 oz white rum
1 oz passionfruit puree
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
8 mint leaves
soda water

🥄 Method

Muddle mint with syrup. Add rum, passionfruit and lime. Fill with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with passionfruit half and mint.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Highball over ice with passionfruit garnish.
