2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 pineapple frond

Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple frond and cherry.
