A pineapple-forward tiki drink from the 1950s — light tropical and dangerously easy to drink.

🧪 Ingredients

1.5 oz white rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 pineapple frond
1 cherry

🥄 Method

Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple frond and cherry.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Tiki mug or coconut shell over crushed ice.
