1 tbsp honey
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
5 oz hot water
1 clove-studded lemon slice
grated nutmeg

Dissolve honey in hot water in a mug. Add rum and lemon juice. Top with remaining hot water. Garnish with lemon slice and grating of nutmeg.
