Dark rum, honey and lemon in hot water — the Caribbean answer to the whiskey toddy.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz dark rum
1 tbsp honey
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
5 oz hot water
1 clove-studded lemon slice
grated nutmeg
1 tbsp honey
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

1 clove-studded lemon slice
grated nutmeg
🥄 Method
Dissolve honey in hot water in a mug. Add rum and lemon juice. Top with remaining hot water. Garnish with lemon slice and grating of nutmeg.
🍽 Serve & Garnish
