1/2 oz applejack
1/4 oz orange curacao
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 whole egg
freshly grated nutmeg

Dry shake all ingredients vigorously without ice 20 seconds. Add ice and shake hard. Double-strain into chilled coupe. Grate fresh nutmeg on top.
