A rich egg-based stirred cocktail with rye, applejack, curacao and a whole egg.

🧪 Ingredients

1.5 oz rye whiskey
1/2 oz applejack
1/4 oz orange curacao
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 whole egg
freshly grated nutmeg

🥄 Method

Dry shake all ingredients vigorously without ice 20 seconds. Add ice and shake hard. Double-strain into chilled coupe. Grate fresh nutmeg on top.

🍽 Serve & Garnish

Chilled coupe with freshly grated nutmeg.
