Sweet peach with spicy ginger and citrus. A sophisticated summer pitcher.
🧪 Ingredients
4 peaches, pitted and sliced
2 oz fresh ginger, sliced thin
2 oz lemon juice
2 oz simple syrup
4 cups sparkling water
Peach slices and mint to garnish

1. Muddle peaches and ginger with simple syrup.
2. Add lemon juice and 2 cups cold water. Muddle further.
3. Strain into a pitcher.
4. Refrigerate.
5. Top with sparkling water before serving.
