🧪 Ingredients

3 oz lychee juice (from canned lychees)
3 canned lychees
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp rose water
3 oz sparkling water
lychee fruit (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method

Muddle lychees gently in a shaker. Add lychee juice, lime juice, rose water and ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass over ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a whole lychee on a pick.
