🧪 Ingredients

4 fresh strawberries
4 fresh basil leaves
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water
strawberry slice (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method

Muddle strawberries and basil together in a shaker. Add lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake well. Double-strain into a glass over ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice and basil leaf.
