🧪 Ingredients

4 oz ginger beer
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup (optional)
lime wedge (garnish)
fresh ginger slice (garnish)
crushed ice

🥄 Method

Fill a copper mug or highball glass with crushed ice. Add lime juice and simple syrup if using. Top with ginger beer and stir briefly. Garnish with a lime wedge and a fresh ginger slice.
