🧪 Ingredients

2 oz passion fruit puree or juice
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
3 oz sparkling water
passion fruit half (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method

Combine passion fruit puree, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a halved passion fruit.
