Ripe strawberries muddled with fresh mint and lime, topped with a sparkling fizz. Gorgeous, pink and incredibly refreshing.
🧪 Ingredients
5 fresh strawberries
8 fresh mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water
strawberry slice (garnish)
mint sprig (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method
Muddle strawberries and mint together in a shaker. Add lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously. Double-strain into a glass over ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a strawberry slice and mint sprig.
