A tropical, tangy martini bursting with passion fruit and enriched with vanilla vodka and a fresh squeeze of lime.

🧪 Ingredients

1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
1 1/2 oz passion fruit puree
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
passion fruit half (garnish)
ice

🥄 Method

Combine vanilla vodka, passion fruit puree, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until very cold. Double-strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a halved fresh passion fruit placed on the rim.
