🧪 Ingredients
2 1/4 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz Benedictine D.O.M.
3 dashes absinthe
orange twist (garnish)
ice
3/4 oz Benedictine D.O.M.
3 dashes absinthe
orange twist (garnish)
ice
🥄 Method
Combine dry vermouth, Benedictine and absinthe in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist, expressing the oils over the drink.
