2 oz white rum
10 fresh mint leaves
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz cannabis-infused simple syrup (5mg THC)
3 oz soda water
Mint sprig and lime wheel for garnish

Gently muddle mint leaves and lime juice in the bottom of a highball glass to release the mint oils without shredding the leaves. Add the infused simple syrup and rum. Fill with crushed ice and stir. Top with soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
