1 bottle dry red wine (750ml)
2 oz brandy
3 oz orange juice
1 oz cannabis-infused simple syrup (25mg THC total, ~4mg per serving)
1 orange sliced
1 apple diced
1 cup mixed berries
2 oz soda water per glass when served

Combine red wine, brandy, orange juice, and infused syrup in a large pitcher. Add sliced orange, diced apple, and berries. Stir gently. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, so the fruit infuses. To serve, pour over ice in wine glasses and top each with a splash of soda water. Makes about 6 servings.
