A white Negroni variation using blanc vermouth and Cocchi Americano for a softer floral bitterness.

🧪 Ingredients

1.5 oz gin
1 oz blanc vermouth
1 oz Cocchi Americano
1 grapefruit twist

🥄 Method

Stir all ingredients with ice for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with expressed grapefruit twist.
