A rum-based ginger highball — bright lime, spicy ginger beer and your choice of rum.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz rum
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
4 oz ginger beer
1 lime wedge
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
4 oz ginger beer
1 lime wedge
🥄 Method
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add rum and lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with lime wedge.
🍽 Serve & Garnish
Highball over ice with lime wedge.
