Fresh mint meets creamy coconut in this tropical spin on the Cuban classic.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz white rum
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
8 fresh mint leaves
soda water
1 oz coconut cream

🥄 Method
Muddle mint with syrup. Add rum, coconut cream and lime. Fill with crushed ice and top with soda water. Garnish with mint sprig.
