A classic rum sour from the 1950s featuring falernum and lime — incredibly refreshing.
🧪 Ingredients
2 oz Barbadian rum
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz falernum
1/4 oz Cointreau
1 lime wedge
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz falernum
1/4 oz Cointreau
1 lime wedge
🥄 Method
Shake all ingredients with ice 12-15 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with lime wedge.
