🧪 Ingredients

2 oz bourbon
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz egg white
Angostura bitters for garnish
1 cherry
1 orange slice

🥄 Method

Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake hard again. Double-strain into a rocks glass over ice. Dash Angostura on the foam. Garnish with cherry and orange.
