🧪 Ingredients

2 oz gin or vodka
1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz egg white

🥄 Method

Mix matcha with a small amount of water into a paste. Combine with remaining ingredients and dry shake 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Double-strain into coupe.
