A sticky sweet vanilla and passionfruit martini served with a Champagne chaser shot.
🧪 Ingredients
1.5 oz vanilla vodka
1 oz passionfruit liqueur
1 oz passionfruit puree
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 oz Champagne for chaser
1 passionfruit half
1 oz passionfruit liqueur
1 oz passionfruit puree
1/2 oz fresh lime juice

🥄 Method
Shake vodka, passionfruit liqueur, puree, lime and syrup hard with ice. Double-strain into a large chilled martini glass. Float passionfruit half on top. Serve with a Champagne shot on the side.
